Alexandra Everden
You used to be ChadSan’s Marketing Manager — what are you now up to?
I’m now a qualified therapist specialising in workplace wellbeing and 1:1 private therapy.
My journey actually started years before I joined ChadSan, when I first trained in psychology. Later, during my time at ChadSan, I saw first-hand how supporting mental health at work boosts morale, productivity, and retention — and now I help both individuals and organisations experience those same benefits at Alexandra Everden.

What made you move from marketing into therapy and wellbeing?
Psychology has always been a passion of mine. After working at ChadSan, I realised that the wellbeing of people is at the core of any successful business. Retraining in therapy felt like a natural step to bring my skills and passion together — so now I work directly with individuals in private sessions, and with teams to promote resilience and a healthy work culture.
Why should business leaders care about staff mental health?
Very simply, healthy employees perform better.
When people feel supported, they’re more engaged, more creative, and more likely to stay. By investing in staff wellbeing, businesses can see real, measurable benefits. These include; increased productivity, fewer sick days, and a more positive, resilient workplace culture.
It also serves as a compelling recruitment and retention tool – demonstrating that you value your team and that you are committed to the wellbeing of your staff.
What’s one simple change a company can make to improve wellbeing?
Encourage open conversations about mental health.
That means creating an environment where people feel safe to speak up without fear of judgement. Sometimes, just knowing it’s okay to ask for help can make a huge difference — and it also means individuals may feel more confident seeking support outside of work if they need it.
How can people and businesses work with you?
I offer tailored wellbeing programmes for organisations — from workshops on stress management to ongoing team support — as well as confidential 1:1 private therapy for individuals.
My aim is to give people practical tools they can use every day, building healthier, happier, and more resilient lives.
