On May 18th the ChadSan team headed to London for our much anticipated team day!
A doubling in team size over the past twelve months necessitated the introduction of the dreaded icebreaker to kick proceedings off but with that done and dusted we were presented with a whistle stop review of what has been an exceptional year of growth and service development for ChadSan.
After the announcement of new key initiatives and investment to help the team stay motivated and equipped to continue their great work, we then moved on to some intensive brainstorming which yielded a raft of new ideas that will ensure we stay ahead of the competition and keep providing a world class service to our clients.
Finally, brains fully stormed, coffee consumption maxed out and new starters officially “indoctrinated” the big announcement was made about the afternoon activity
“To the Crystal Maze….”
Team London took on Team Guildford in a spirit of friendly competitiveness. In the end the natural ingenuity of the team from the burbs paid dividends and with 12 crystals to London’s 6 Guildford were announced “Winners”.
